Neoverna is committed to providing high-quality architectural drafting services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
  • If we are unable to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline
  • If the final deliverables do not meet the project requirements as agreed upon in the contract
  • If the client is not satisfied with the final deliverables and we are unable to make revisions that meet their satisfaction.
Refund Process: If a client believes they are eligible for a refund, they should contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved, the client will receive the refund in the same method that they used to pay for the services. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved. Exceptions: In some cases, we may not be able to issue a refund. This includes:
  • If the client requests a refund after the project has been completed
  • If the client requests a refund for services that have already been rendered
  • If the client has already approved and accepted the final deliverables
