Neoverna is committed to providing high-quality architectural drafting services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
If we are unable to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline
If the final deliverables do not meet the project requirements as agreed upon in the contract
If the client is not satisfied with the final deliverables and we are unable to make revisions that meet their satisfaction.
Refund Process: If a client believes they are eligible for a refund, they should contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved, the client will receive the refund in the same method that they used to pay for the services.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved.
Exceptions: In some cases, we may not be able to issue a refund. This includes:
If the client requests a refund after the project has been completed
If the client requests a refund for services that have already been rendered
If the client has already approved and accepted the final deliverables
Please note that any deposit or pre-payment made towards a project will be non-refundable.
